PAYMENT DEPOSITS: 30% upon booking and full payment upon departure!

Notes: Reservations are considered valid upon receipt of the deposit. The number of occupants must be notified at the time of booking. In case of cancellation we retain the deposit as follows way: with prior notice of 60 days, the devolution of the entire sum paid in advance between 30 and 60 days, 30% of the amount paid, with notice between 10 and 30 days 50% of the amount paid and 100% over 10 days before the date of arrival. If not communicated cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid.

ELECTRICITY: The voltage is 220 volts.

HEATING AND WOOD: Every apartment is equipped with independent heating and fireplace.

INTERNET: ADSL Wi-Fi is available in the apartments, the pool and inside the park.

BARBECUE: the barbecue is at guests’ disposal.
